简介

  研究方向:生物药物靶向递送系统。研究内容涉及靶向制剂、肿瘤、糖尿病等领域,在国际刊物上最早发表"连锁空化效应"(Chain Cavitation Effect)假说和"利用超声空化效应降低肿瘤耐药性"等理论,并在以后的实验研究中证实;国内较早将声学响应脂质体和脂质微泡的相应原理、制备方法和应用等整理成理论编入《生物技术药物制剂-基础与应用》(主要编委,化学工业出版社,ISBN号码:7-5025-5996-5,出版日期:2004-10-01)和《药物新剂型与制剂新技术》(主要编委,化学工业出版社,ISBN号码:978-7-5025-9423-7,出版日期:2007-1-1)等药学著作中,主编制剂学方面专著1部和教材2部,副主编或参编制剂方面著作4部通过多年的理论和实践研究,在利用新型脂质微泡或脂质体递送药物靶向治疗送肿瘤、糖尿病和心脑血管重特大疾病等方面积累丰富的经验和较深入的理论认识,尤其是在开发新型柔性脂质体或超声敏感脂质微泡靶向递送系统研究方面取得较多的成果,已发表中外研究论文60余篇,其中第一作者(含并列第一作者)的SCI论文20余篇,包括靶向制剂、肿瘤、糖尿病等领域的国际权威学术刊物J Nanopart Res(IF=3.25)、J Drug Target (IF=2.491)、Cancer Lett (IF=4.864)、Acta Diabetol(IF=3.175)、Ultrasound Med Biol(IF=2.493)、Diabetes Technol Ther (IF=2.146)等,其中单篇最高被引用超过30次,此外以第一作者在国内药学核心期刊《药学学报》发表5篇(含一篇综述)论文,中文论文单篇最高被引用超过50次。
